Heater and AC went Out??? Help!

I just replaced this part on my car and found it online for $99. as opposed to the dealer who wants $357. I recommend shopping for quality rather than just price because the regulator is bad (now fan won't turn off even with car off) and has to be returned. I found Autohaus Arizona which seems to be a popular place with Benz owners.

heater blows cold?????????
hello was wondering if anyone could help me with my 99 s500 the heater blows cold as if the setting was on cold. the ac clutch kicks in and out checked the thermostat and is fine but i just cant figure out.

Blower Regulator 1995-S500
I would to buy the MERCEDES BENZ BLOWER REGULATOR 1408218351 for my 1995-S500. I can not get the blower to the high (MAX) speed in either cold or warm air setting. I found this regulator part on Amazon. Is this the right part for the problem?
