MBenzNL august trip – now with some specials
The next MBenzNL US installation trip is scheduled for August. This trip will go to Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle and Vancouver – other destinations might be possible but for now we stick to these 4 westcoast areas.
This time we offer a couple of modifications at a special discount price – these specials are ONLY valid for the upcoming US trip and ONLY when deposits are received before august 06 AND valid for those who order a self install kit before that same august 06.
We will (off course) pass on these specials to those who already paid their deposit for the upcoming US trip.
For the W220 we offer the following specials:
- new EURO spec DVD playing comand (only available for the 2004 and up W220s): 2000USD incl. 12 months warranty (normally 2500USD)
Furthermore we still offer the usual modifications (mail us for pricing):
- updated sidemirrors (in silver)
- euro bumperstrips (without the US specific sidemarkers)
- updated bi xenon headlights
- updated taillights
- UHI and/or MHI (integrated) phonekits (NOT available for 2004s)
- Mercedes Benz TV tuner (only available for the 2004 and up W220s and only in combination with the EURO comand)
- Mercedes Benz center rear monitor (only available for the 2004 and up W220s and only in combination with the EURO comand)
…and whatever else that was offered by Mercedes as optional equipment…
We are also looking for a 2001 – 2002 W220 in which we can test install the 2003 widescreen CDrom based comand – so if anyone (preferable somebody who has worked with us in the past) is willing to have us work on his/her car for a day…
Most of the people here are probably familiar with us and the way we work…for those who aren’t, please do a search on MBenzNL to read up on experiences that people had with us in the past.

When do you plan an East coast trip? Maybe on the way home I could pick you up from JFK airport for a NY job. I'd like to get the phone kit installed.

Could you tell me if your European Command unit can be installed by someone other than your company? Does your price include installation? Are there any other functions that the unit you have does that the US model does not?
