S-Class (W220) 1999-2006: S 320 CDI, S 320, S430, S 500, S 600

How easy is it to get our cars lowered 1 or 2 inches?

How easy is it to get our cars lowered 1 or 2 inches?

I have seen several posts of ppl that had their car lowered..how do u do it?

You can go ahead and give your local Mercedes dealer a call first and ask about lowering via Star Diagnostics. Some will do it for you, some won't. My dealer wants about $270 for it, but I'm not sure how much they can lower it.

Other, but pricey choices are usually the lowering modules from companies like Renntech (I think it was Renntech, either that, or Kleemann).

Lastly, I think you can replace the whole suspension setup, but I don't see much of reason to do that, unless you do hardcore autocrossing with a S-class.
