Sounds like the mechanism (shift lock) that requires you to apply the brake before shifting stopped working. My Toyota has a covered button for this in case it fails. Check your manual to see where yours is.

Checked my manual and can't find an emergency release for the shift lock. Somebody on the board might have encountered this and may be of some assistance. If not, someone from your service department might be able to point it out for you over the phone.

Hi,

Start the engine, lower down all volume of radio, turn off all blower/fan to make it quiet. Close all windows and press the brake pedal while holding the shift knob. When it is normal, you should hear the solennoid release sound and also feel on the knob that interlock system is released. If not the interlock is holding your shifter. Check the fuse #37 in the passenger side fuse box (in engine compartment). if the fuse is OK again, you probabily having more serious problems.

Ok replaced the "Stop Lamp Switch" with avail..

I replaced the switch! Same result, won't move out of park!

But check this out!
I had THREE things happen all at the same time!
ABS light came on
Stability control error
Airmatic error
AND my drivers door controls won't work!
All happened at the same time!

Could it be a my ECU is going crazy??
