problem ejecting cdrom

problem ejecting cdrom
my command has problems ejecting (original) nav cdrom.
when I press the button to eject it will try to exit and then it returns in.
to eject I have to press five six times the ejecting button and wait all this time and also this procedure makes scrathes on disc..
how to avoid?
