DVD-navigation W220. What year was the first with this kind of navigation? Did it come with the 2003 facelift that had a widescreen? What is the option code for DVD-nav? Is it the same code as CD-navigation? I have seen the code 527. Does that code mean DVD-navigation or is it the same code for CD-navigation? Are there any visual differences between the CD-nav and the DVD-nav?

I live I Europe. Do you know if there are any differences between the Euro and the US version of COMAND? Perhaps the DVD-navigation didn’t enter the same model year in the US as in the European models?

2004.

2003 was the facelift, with the new design for the Sat Nav, but with a 2003, you got an updated CD-ROM based Nav.
