hey every one i called my local mb dealer yesterday. and talked to a internet sales dept lady about a e350 and she was telling me that for the 2006 S350 left over models they are discounting 14k + off msrp and maby even more.so i figured it came out to the same price as a e class.i am socal and i was wondering if any one else has heard about theese great discounts and if any one has a dealer that can beat those deals ? please let me know thanks.

It's possible, as I had heard that before. I checked with my local dealer about a month ago and was told approximately $7,000 off MSRP at that time. But he then added, 'gee, too bad you weren't here a few days ago, just before the end of the month'... I think they had more factory money to work with at that time. (Sure glad he shared that with me.) I didn't pursue it any further as they only had one S350 left and it wasn't what I wanted.

Hopefully someone more knowledgeable will post more current information for you...

Check Edmunds for current FACTORY incentives and add 5% additional for all current W220 unsold 2005 and 2006 cars.

Here is a link for the 2005's; though it doesn't specify model breakout, such as E350, E500, S350, etc. Interesting that I can't find any of this information at the MBUSA website. You can even save an extra $15k on a SL... that would sure be the ticket!

I must have been in a cave b/c I didn't know there was an S350

Anyways, a neighbor of mine bought an 06 S430 with the amg sports package
for $14k off also. I believe she said it was $69k otd with the $4k extended warranty. No keyless start, no power trunk closer, no xenon, not sure what else.
