Alright so I love the look of the tint i always see on S's and CL's but cannot seem to find it. Where can i get it?

mine came as a factory installed item, but I guess any good aftermarket window tinting company can do it for you as it is only a tinted film which is applied to the glass.

Yes i know what it is my question is probably kind of confusing. Is your whole windshield tinted some percentage. I'm not sure if it's an optical illusion or what it just seems that the tint fades darker the higher up the windshield.

MB windows have a bluish factory tint on them. It's standard in most laminated MB windows. It helps reduce heat in the cabin.
