Anyone Want A Low Mile S500??

I have a very clean 2000 S500 with only 28,000 miles. White/Grey. Wood wheel. I just put 20" Lowenhart rims and tires costing $7,500. As well it has 100,000 mile Starmark warranty until 2008. I put a good price on it for quick sale....$37,900
My number is: 949-232-5665
E mail: butch@h-h-r.com
Need to sell it now as new car has arrived!

Nice car and looking clean but I must say at 37,9 it gonna be hard to sell it now considering the 00 models are fetching $25K in the modern day market. Just a thought.

Thats funny....

Really?
Funny, I sold it this morning for $37K (three days on market)
Can you show me where i can buy a 2000 S500 with 28,000 miles and a 100K warranty for $25K, PLEASE show me and I promise I will buy every one you find...and turn em over here in CA for 10K more all day long
Please, be realistic unless you can back it up. I am serious, show me, I can make a lot of money.
Thanks

he's right, 00 S500's are fetching in the 20's... but, you're also right- 28,000 miles is not the typical 00 S500 on the market, nor is a 100k mile warranty.

Not In California..

Just realized you are not in California. We "fetch" much more for cars like this here. We use Kelly Blue Book and they are pretty close here. I got Private Party Value which is very normal. If you could show this $25,000 car like mine, I will "fetch" it and bring it here. I am sorry, but show or not, your talk is insulting and not realistic. You had the used car manager at Long Beach Mercedes laughing today, he wants to "fetch" as many as you can provide at 25K..So where are they guy???
Please lets not play this game. I already sold it so I have nothing to prove..its already proven...and I have nothing to prove at my age either..fetch that..

S500 $23,495 73,148mi

S500 $27,500 55,143mi

Same year, same model. Still, those are much more 'used' cars than yours was.

What ever happened to being civil? I make a statement, you disagree, I rebutt, you rebutt.... Now, it seems anyone that doesn't agree with a viewpoint is a wacko, stupid, out of touch or doesn't have a clue. Life is a game, sometimes you win, sometimes you lose, sometimes you are right, sometimes you are wrong. The older you get, the less you realize you know.
How come it takes 60 years of experience to realize it?

FYI, everyone pays more in California for everything.

that was my whole point- S500's are going for that low however, they are not comparable to your S500.

38k for an 00 S500 is high.. the only reason you got that price is because you sold it to some punk that feel in love with the rims and doesn't know any better..

and of course being in Cali they have to show it off..

Funny cause I could get an 03 with 28k miles on it for 2 grand more then that. still under factory warranty.

S430 but had many more options then yours did.. but who cares you sold it and got a good price for yourself. I don't know why you got insulted by that comment? It's a 2000.. the 2007s are out.. the car is 7 YEARS OLD! get off your high horse..

you sound like you should be in the used car business

Edit: never mind you are in the used car business.. figures

do you all go to used car business school? Does some old has been stands up and say " always remember the word Realistic is your favorite word to use against your customers!"

A guy would be asking 45,900.00 for his car I would put in a offer @ 44,000.00 he tells me to be more realistic..

want more realistic information? You work here, because you can't afford the cars you sell... Your a sales person meaning you don't own the dealership nor the cars.. I love how these used scum i mean sales people flick off 44-45 grand like Im talking it was $4,400.00.

when you have 45+grand just sitting in your account then let me know.. other then that don't judge people. Also, if you take the cars you sell personal then your in the wrong business bud.

You just proved PT Barnum...again

If you got $37k for that car with those pimp wheels, you found a sucker. Good for you.

aint it fun when you screw someone and know that they are WAY upside down when they drive away!!! GOOD JOB!!!

now you lost a customer forever because they wont be able to buy again until they have the ride paid for! and if that isnt the case on this car, you know what i mean.

exactly some sucker that has no clue what these cars really sell for.. so Don't come here with that act.. We have people here that know much more then you do about these cars..

if in fact you really did sell the car for that price then you did really screw over who ever bought it. Doesn't surprise me though with you being in Cali. you got the price.

again it's a 2000 highest i've seen those are in the mid 30s 34-35 range the 01s and 02 are closer to 36-37range depending how clean it is..

holy cowmonkey..... there HAS to be something wrong with that car. $23k with 3k miles? It mentions that it has spinners...I suspect something may be amiss with its history
