Navtv.com has a module that cost $400 that changes your command into a tv screen with two audio/video inputs and one can overide for maybe a reaview camera in reverse. As far as the tv tuner, I'm not sure where to get one.

Does it have to be a MB TV tuner or can I hook up an aftermarket tv tuner and antenna?

i tried navtv.com unit, but image quality was inadequate in my opinin, so I got original MB tuner, which is much better.

Try German ebay. www.Ebay.de they have lots of tuners, etc for MBs.
Here is one:

............I have tried several of these including the Megacom adapter. Image quality for the pass through video input was always less for the adapters compared to the oem TV tuner. However, the image quality of the TV itself is always poor while you are driving due to poor reception. I have found aftermarket Tv tuners with powered antennas to offer better TV picture quality than the OEM TV tuner.
