there are 24 listed on autotrader ranging from 69 to 89k usd. But I ve seen some on ebay around 60-70k usd. And some on this forum even lower than 60k usd with good condition.

How much money could buy a nice condition, reasonable milage, 2004 S600?

I would go with a 03 or newer S55. The S600 is in the shop the all the time and has the most reliability issues and is a arm and a leg for repairs in comparison.

Wow! Where is that info coming from?

I would agree with you on the pre-turbo V12's, but the 03 & up S600's are fine.
I'd recommend an 04 S600 as much as a S55; Reliability and cost of ownership should be about the same.
Either way, I would buy from a Mercedes dealer so that the car can be Starmarked (any model). Prices should be in the mid to high 60's plus the extended warranty as many dealers are trying to push the old models out the door.

I too disagree. I have the 2004 S600 and it has been in the shop twice. Once for a oil change and another for an oil leak. I have 13,000 miles and the car is so much better than the S55. If you can get a 03- newer S600 for 80K-90K, do it. If the price is under 80K, proceed with caution.
