So you can expect to pay more for the 2004 model because it's newer, and you get the DVD nav system you mentioned.. :-)

For the S600 there is no engine/transmission/wheel change. Besides the DVD, the bigger change is that the fiberoptic system changed to MOST instead of D2B. That may be helpful for future iPod, Sirius, Phone integration kits/upgrades...
