W220 Sport Package Price?
If you were to but lets say an S430 or S500 how much is it to get the sport package? I'm assuming the sport package consists of 18 Wheels and Aerodynamic package right? Or is there something else to this package?
TIA!
TIA!

the sports package for the S500 is around $8,500.00... It makes that car, in my opinion.
The S500 withouth the package looks too "off the shelf" for my tastes. My friend has the S500 sport, and is an amazing looking vehicle.

"For the S430, S500 and S600 Sedans, this option enhances the look and feel of performance with more serious wheels and tires, and seductive AMG-designed lower bodywork. The sport Package adds monstrous 18" AMG monoblock wheels, staggered in width from front to rear for a more aggressive stance. Wrapped around its 8.5 x 18 front and 9.5 x 18 rear wheels are sharp-turning, high performance 245/45 YR18 front tires and road-grabbing 275/40 YR18 rear tires.* It's got looks that mean business. For the front lower bodywork, AMG designed an aggressive front air dam, with black mesh grilles in the air intakes. Sculpted sills lower the side profile of your S-Class, accentuating its aerodynamic streamlining. With the traffic behind you, the last, as well as lasting look of the S-Class Sport Package includes a dramatically sculpted rear apron for those with the envious view. The perfect finishing touch. "

The MY02 'S5' S-Class Sport Package is $4,975 and consists of:
"Staggered-width 18" AMG monoblock wheels with high-performance tires. AMG-designed sculpted lower bodywork."
Naturally, it's standard on the S55. ...RAB

C32 AMG, Volvo S80T6
options for S series are very costly
A friend has a 2000 S500 that was fairly well loaded for $93,000. Thats 15K in options! It had everything in it except for the AMG engine. But he is having a tough time selling it cause it has so much stuff in it. The S55 would have only cost him a few thousand more (at the time) and all those options would have been standard but he really didnt know any better. Unfortunately for him, the S500 is a tough sell although the S55's are selling like hot cakes. Thats what you get for exclusivity.
