Yes the front and rear bumper along with the rocker covers. It also came with AMG wheels and wider rubber. A great value if purchase new with the car vs. aftermarket.

I think the rear bumper is slightly different? A non AMG s-class has two dumped exhaust tips behind the bumper while the AMGs have quads. The bumper is cut a bit to make room for the quad tips.

Just look at a car with the front bumper/grill that has the lower darkened mesh cover, AMG. And you will also notice the side rockers and rear bumper are differnet as well. The car should also have a set of AMG wheels, which can be different depending on the age of the car.

Thaks for all the feedback guys! Which year would you guys recomend for someone trying to stay under 35,000? I am getting into real estate and i need a sedan now so i have to get rid of the CLK and i was considering a S430/500 or a 2001 M5. What do you guys think?

if you are looking for a used s430/500, it is highly recommended that you get one w/ an extended warranty. The cars are great, but if something breaks down...its a lot of $$$ to get fixed. Have you driven an s430 or s500 yet? If not, i recommend you do first. Then you can decide which one you want to look for. Drive the m5 too.
Once you decide on the car you want...then start looking for a good deal and one with the options you want. Thats what i did, it took me 2 months to find my car. Well worth the wait
in regards to the sport package..i recommend it. It just adds nice styling to an already beautiful vehicle.
