plz help me decipher this VMI report - does it look ok?

car: 02 S430
miles: 60k

i got VMI for this car, and while most of it makes sense, i had a few q's:

1. if the car has COMMAND, is NAV included? do i need to buy NAV discs though?

2. option codes- what is 352-operation and monitoring system? and 883-closing aid for doors..??

3. vehicle history:
not many entries, so that's good.
9200 miles grease cap, front wheel hub left
11000 miles FSS
13850 miles tank transmitter electrical fa
22182 miles FSS
31909 miles campaign , seal low
37565 miles FSS
46743 miles FSS
47398 miles instrument cluster electrical
47860 miles motor, electric window lifter
52579 miles campaign, Inop Alt

4. So the car doesn't have xenon lights (nor Parking sensors, ventilated seats, etc).. i can live without others but i really want xenons. is it possible to retrofit xenon lights, and for how much? any aftermkt solutions?

i appreciate any help you can provide.

the VMI will not state what options the car has. You will need a vehicle data card for that.
