I found a mint 2002 S430 locally with 56k miles. Super clean, legit carfax and no issues or redflags on the MB vehicle master inquiry. We are about to reach a deal at $23k even. I hope this is a decent price. If I end up taking her home, I'll be asking lots of questions on maintenance issues and of course on MODS!!

I just paid 37,000 for my 2002 with 32,000 miles i'd say you are getting a real good deal.
