What's up with this company? I've tried calling them, e-mailing them quite a few times but get no response. I've tried to order my new keys from them but no where does it ask you to send them your reg, licence, or anything with the vin number I would assume they would need to know that info to program the key for my car. It's frustating when a company dosent call or e-mail you back I'd hate to order from them and have a question later.

Same here . I called, sent Email messages no response I received my Key it worked fine but it had minor damage to the valet release key that I wanted to discussed with them. But been unsuscessful.

If you simply follow my instruction in the thread I posted ? you can order your key by putting in the part #'s and followed by your vin #.. They will e-mail you if they need proof. I know someone who got the key without them e-mailing him for the reg and license. Do not bother calling and follow the directions I posted and you will get your key
