Directions on removing headlight in order to install ballast - HELP
Can someone help me locate instructions on removing the headlight in order to swap the ballast? Thanks!!

Here is copy of a post of mine that should help
The hardest part is getting the old lamps out, putting the new ones in is easy. be sure to remove the 2 - 8mm bolts on the top of your bumper located on the inside area of the the headlamps for wiggle room that you will need and just remove the 2 - 10mm bolts securing each lamp and carefully wiggle them out, steel like knobs stick out of the fender side of each lamp so each lamp needs to pulled towards the center when taking them out.

uhhhh...... why take so many steps???? in my S430, i just open the plastic cap cover, unbutton the lock and take the bulb out, plus your car is a 2000 model so i'm pretty sure u don't have " stock HID" in your car, so...why there is a "ballast"???
