Control arms maybe? Stay away from Carlton, they are probably the worst MB dealership other than Manhattan MB.

Sound like the dealer keeps fixing the wrong thing. Alignment problems need to be investigated to fix the cause. When ball joints and control arms are worn and you only replace one and not the other there is cause for trouble. It almost the same as replacing brake pads on the left side only. Welcome to the wonderful world of MB. No wonder GM shows interest.
