20" Monoblocks
Hello,
I am in the process of looking for some wheels. I've seen some 20" AMG Monoblock reps on ebay and was wondering if anyone of you guys have had any experience with these wheels? I 'm trying to keep it the car's looks simple and clean. Pictures and thoughts are appreciated.

It wouldn't look BAD, but I think it is too simple of a wheel for a rather complicated car.

The simplicity of the wheel is what I like so much. It's such a classic look that is virtually timeless on an MB. My thinking is that finding one in a staggered 20" set would be aggressive enough to make few heads turn but subtle enough so that others wouldn't even look twice.
I am also considering the Brabus Mono III style, but I'd like a silver face with a fully polished lip.

19X9.5 rear wheel with a 275/30/19 toyo tr-1 ( has a nice rounded track and will tuck nicely ) You can lower car 2 inches with this setup with no problem

Hey JonnyBlayz,
I've got a set of the Brabus Monoblock VI replicas (see reply #2 by The Jury) done up in full black chrome or gunmetal as some call it. They are similar in color to benzodubz wheels but the rim is black chrome as well. They are staggered 20", 9.5 rear and 8.5 front. I put them on my car but my wife liked full crome better. So I have these for sale. They are like new, they were only mounted and balanced and then taken off. If you are interested, send me a PM.
By the way, I'm running 255/35's in front and 275/30's rear. No rubbing problems at all.
I inserted a pic of the chrome ones on my car. They are exactly the same as the ones I'm selling except for the finish.

Brabus monoblock VI's
Real Brabus wheels will set you back about a grand apiece. The replicas, like the ones on my car, suggested retail is about $450 each.
Several wheel importers carry this particular wheel and each give it their own name. For the record, mine are imported by Monet and they call it the "Impressionism". They come in full chrome, full black chrome, black center with polished lip, black center with chrome lip and full polished.
