I tried to do a search for some help but couldn't find anything. I'm dying to get into a new car since my wife just bought something. I found this S430 and was wondering if that is a good price. I went to edmunds and it appears the price is close to trade-in value. Can anyone help? I appreciate it.

I paid $35,000 for the same car 2 months ago at a dealership..Mine had 26,000 miles on it but it does'nt have keyless go.
