w221 style trunk for w220
Now that we have the w221 style tail lights, How about one of you fiberglass body guys do a w221 style raised trunk for the w220. Just mold one with the top raised all the way forward to the rear glass. It will give us more trunk space and a more elegant look. Hey photoshop guys, do your magic and show us what it would look like. Thanks

Yup. Bad idea. Trunk style (in fact, the whole back end including tail lights) is one of the styling features I don't like the W221. Don't like the front fender treatment either.
Best thing I see about it is relocating the COMAND display higher on the dashboard.
