How to remove front fender??

Ummm, like an idiot I backed into my wires 2003 S430. I put a big dent in the front right fender.

Can someone tell me how I remove and reinstall the passanger side front right fender?

I'd claim it on my insurance but my deductible is $1000. I fiqure I can do it myself for less than that. I plan on buying a fender, getting it painted and doing the install myself.

Also, does anyone have a good online sourse for body parts?

Anyone have an idea of how much it will cost to get the fender painted?
