Hi guys,

Ive started having this problem for the last 2/3 days, im not sure if its started as its getting colder or maybe there is something wrong with the ignition.

Firstly I struggle unlocking the car then when it unlocks i stick the key in and it doesnt turn at all.

Please help

We can presume you have a Mercedes, and maybe even an S-Class, since you're posting on this forum. Knowing something of the model year would be helpful.

At first blush, and without knowing more than you have provided, it sounds as if you have a bad vehicle battery or a bad Smart Key battery.
