I have a S430, 2000 with 18" AMG wheels. I’ve been driving on my Bridgestone Potenza last couple of years and now it’s time to change them. The best offer I have got so fat it is $1100.00 (Bridgestone Potenza 18”) with the installation. I was wondering if anyone has a Falken tires. They are much cheaper. Can anyone recommend me using Falken?

Falkens are good tires. They have made a lot of improvements and, you can't compare them to a "premum priced" tire but who wants to. Kuhmo, Falken, and Toyo, are taking over the sport tire world. You can't beat the prices.

My choice for my 20's were Falken or Kuhmo. I chose Kuhmo, but I might end up with something else next tire change.

I bought falken tires for my lexus about 3 years ago...I thought they were really good until replacing them with Michelin, I'll never go back...I put michelin on all my cars now, love the tires and don't mind paying a "slight" premium for the best (debatable )

Ditto on the Michelins. I bought my vehicle and immediately placed v rated primacys on the car. The difference was amazing from the stock tires.
