hi everyone,
does anyone know exactly what dealer rebates or specific MBUSA deals are available on 2002 S class models?
my mother has a 1999 E 430 with only 4000 miles on it, maybe now is the time for her to move up and take advantage of any S class deals.
any info would be appreciated.

Factory to dealer cash is $4,500 through November 30th. My dealer told me this and it can be confirmed at edmunds.com.

Remember that there are other rebates and incentives that move between dealers and MB, such as customer satisfaction, sales volume, inventory clearout etc that come and go; so one dealer may be able to better these numbers while another cannot. It is possible that dealer incentives vary by region as well.
