WTF?? Disc'd battery and ..

WTF?? Disc'd battery and ..
Car is throwing all sorts of malfuntion codes at me ..
ABS light was on (went off finally)
ESP malfunction,
Airmatic malfunction,
Braking Assist malfunction ..
Any idea why this would happen? None of these were popping up before, but now they are. Is there something I need to reset? Also notice when I hit the "ESP Off" switch, does not light up on cluster anymore.
Did disconnecting the battery really screw my car up? Help is greatly appreciated!!!
