Average maintenance $ on an 01 S430?

Average maintenance $ on an 01 S430?
Well I hit the expiration of my warranty, at 96k. Now I'm starting to wonder if anyone has had anything unforeseen incur? And services, etc... kind of what to expect. I appreciate the help of all.

airmatic pump went out at 80k $600.00, fan shroud had to be replaced because aux. motor bearings were shot 89K $1,100.00 and now I see rust coming out on my passenger front door and the trunk under the license plate...this wil be $450.00 already had a quote from a reputable body shop...car now has 94K it just seems like one thing after the next but car does not leak a drop of oil and runs really smooth......beats any American car I ever owned...to me it's worth it....it really is a good car...the only thing when something goes wrong "when it rains it poors".
