i am planning on selling my 2002 s430 and get into newer 2006 s350 any advantages /disadvantages???

Only one I can think of are the obvious ones.

Weaker Engine/More MPG.

From S430 to S350

1. Better gas milage
2. Weaker engine, less hp, and on more severe note: less torque.
3. Much less rear leg room
4. Can't get AMG sport package on the S350
