Steering Question

I was driving my old infiniti today and I noticed when after i make the turn I can let go off the steering wheel and it will turn back by itself.

On my S500 I have to turn the wheel back bymyself is this normal? or is it supposed to be like this because its rear-wheel drive?

Maybe low Steering Fluid?

All cars are designed to return back "towards center".. There could be something wrong with your steering components if it doesn't.
