Cabin temperature troubles

Hi everyone,
I have troubles with setting the cabin temperature & air flow in my car. I had to set both sides to either “LO” or between 54F-56F to have comfortable & cold air coming out from center vents (in Auto mode). Even at these settings, warm/hot air still come out from the side vents & foot well? Is there anything wrong with my climate control? Ambient outside temperature was 72-74F. If I raise the temperature to say 65F then all that came out was warm air everywhere. At 70F, the heat was unbearable. It looks to me as the scaling of the temperature is way off. The manual air flow marking “rectangle up = windows” only flows to the window? Did I miss setting something here?
Thanks!

Is your AC off button lit up? it sounds like it might be.. in which case you need to take it in to have it looked at. It's still under warranty.. WHy waste time asking about it here??
