How to fix a sagging sun visor

I don't know if anyone else has this issue, but my driver's side sun visor is sagging badly. It won't stay in the up position, and hangs down at a 45 degree angle. Things could be worse.
Is there a way to fix this short of replacing it?
Thanks

This is the problem of the flimsy plastic crap. You need to get a new one.

You might be able to get one used from a salvage yard. Check ebay for w220 visor. Potomac German Auto is selling a pair for $199 (ouch!).

Also check local salvage yards or others that you might be able to order from over the net.
