question on 2000 CD Changer

2000 S500, Evo VIII MR, R35
question on 2000 CD Changer
I have a 2000 s500 that came with a factory cd changer.
does anyone know how to remove the cd changer? there are couple bolts that seem to me are very hard to reach and remove.
also, anyone know will the newer cd changer (that play mp3 files) works on the 2000 model?
