You must find out specifically regarding a W220 Warranty the following as a start.
1. What does the warranty cover - Airmatic, Command, electronics etc.
2. What is excluded and why is it excluded.
3. What is the deductible amount.
4. Who makes the decision whether a claim is paid or not.
5. How are claim disputes resolved.
6. Does the the warranty pay for OEM parts or other like parts.
7. On replaced parts what is the additional warranty.
8. And finally, What happens if the warranty company goes belly up
and/or gets bought out - What are your rights.
As for Gondon's reply, I am pretty sure he fell out of the dumb tree
and hit his head on every branch on the way down.
