Has anyone heard of this?? It promises up to 35hp at the wheels and increased 0-60.

sounds interesting. I will wait for someone else to try it first just in case it burns the car down or something malfunctions..

Imo, "UP TO" = not 35hp :p

Probably like 20-25 as the other.

Turn the setting to half way and quickly gain 4-9 horse power and better fuel economy. Turn it to the max and expect to gain up to 35 horses*.

Right.. And I have a bridge in Brooklyn I can sell to you at half price

Those things are complete scams. If the huge car manufacturers could pull an extra 35 horses for putting in that piece of crap they would've done it at the factory.
