fss reset

Hello,
I'm working on a friends 2000 S500 with him, does anybody know how to reset the fss? thanks in advance, any help would be huge.

Use steering wheel menu button (I click it six times) and arrive at the mileage screen. Then press the Up Arrow button, which brings me to the Service (FSS) mileage screen, and I press the Reset button (R button which is the trip reset on the right side of the dash next to the instrument cluster) for a couple seconds and the mileage changes to 10,000.
