The bumper is a Lorinser DTM version. It's the only bumper I have seen that goes well with the front of the car and at the same time, gives it a pretty aggressive look and adds fog lights. I am going to be adding HID conversions for the fogs soon (H3). Hopefully it works cause changing out a regular H3 is a hassle on the Lorinser fog lights.
The LED license bulb won't give you an error if you do one thing and that is don't leave the light switch on Auto. If it's on auto and the light turns on automatically, it will send a test signal giving you a blown bulb error. However, if you manually turn it on when you need it, this LED provides enough resistance to not give you a blown error. Sometimes it will but I've used it for almost a year now and I've had maybe 3-4 instances using the manual turn on where it will give you an error. It will go away if you turn off the engine and turn it back on. The LED bulbs I am using is very, very bright is which is what you want for the license plate. Also, I removed the license plate bulb covers so that it's much brighter. I've washed it and everything with the cover off and the LEDs hold up to water and what not. Great quality. I will take pictures tonight of what they look like at night.

I have H3's as fogs right now, but they are in the headlight housing. I have to run them with the lower fogs because he fogs are led, and do do pull enough current, So, I will just start from scratch, with a DTM bumper and light assy like yours...
thanks for the info.. I am on the hunt now...
