Pictures of my S500 with Lorinser DTM Package
This is the Lorinser DTM Package I put on my S500.
The color of the mesh is an admixture of "Black Candy" and an iridescent "ICE" color.
To do, Exterior: LED panels, smoke the headlights darker than the first "go-round," 2003 Taillights.
To do, Interior: complete change, scheduled to go in mid-January.
I'll post pictures of the completed car when it's finally done. Until then, this is a depiction of what I've done to date.
I know several of you aren't fond of the DTM package, but I think it's more subtle on black.

I saw that they offer those fenders on an E class. I saw a pic on a silver and didn't like them - found them kind of gaudy.
But this thing blows away any Benz I've seen. This thing is sick.
What are you doing to the interior? And, what did you do to the headlights?

I smoked the headlights with the same admixture of paint that I used on the mesh.
I'm going to smoke them much darker inasmuch as the new 2003 headlights are somewhat different looking, and I think too expensive to change ($1,500 a piece, I think?), for such a subtle difference. Thus, the exterior will be virtually identical, allowing me to maintain a bit more of the resale value. My headlights presently have one xenon bulb, so it's not that drastic a difference at night.

Your car is off tha hook! Lorinser kit looks great in black. I like the smoked headlights, not too much of a smoked tail light fan but thats okay.
