Oil Leak

While fixing the idler pulley I found an oil leak. It is coming from what looks like an oval cover with a bolt on each end & 1 star bolt in the center. It is located just above the tensioner pulley. Is there a gasket that needs to be replaced & what is this part?

Valve cover gaskets you mean?

No not valve covers. It is on the front side of the engine,just above the tensioner pulley.
