Anyone have any ideal how much labor is involved in replacing the ball joints, and how much it would cost?
Should i do it myself??

Funny you post this, I am debating the same thing. I don't think it is a bad job if you have the right tools. I am looking at buying this:

Is there anything else needed for the job?

why pay $120 for that tool, when its cheaper labor for them to install the balljoint itself.

I've been quoted $200 per side including labor.

That quote is for the entire lower control arm plus one hour labor. Replacing just the ball joint itself is a very tedious job and that's why MB replaces the entire assembly.
