I was a potential consumer, but after reading the comments of longstanding members, if I were to choose a replica rim, it would NOT be yours. And thats mainly because of seeing your current conduct (bribing people in exchange for a discount, trying to limit communication and free speech) . I certainly would choose another supplier before your company.

And no, that paragraph in your ebay ads does its best to dance around the subject, instead of just being upfront and stating you are selling replicas like other sellers do.

I just bought wheels from them. so far no problems.. yet. the only thing to complain is two spots by the lugs are unfinished. but not noticeable.

In a word "Tire rack"

They have 72 wheels that fit a w220 with the sport package, starting at $150 and up wards of $1000.

For the life of me, I will NEVER understand why ANYONE would put rims on a car that cost more than $500

I mean come on

1. They are expendable, aka potholes
2. They get abused, mounting, demounting, curb rash, salt.
3. Just because they cost more, does NOT always mean they are any better.
4. ANYONE that uses a 3 piece wheel as a daily driver needs to get their head checked, as they will start to leak after a year.

Oh well, maybe I am just too cheap, or work too hard. The choice is your to make

It seems like a lot of people are either:

1. Not using the correct bolts.
2. Not using hub rings.
3. Not balancing the tires correctly. ( road force is the best way)
4. On some aftermarket wheels you will need to grind down the rear bolts.

Newbs just like to complaint because they don't know how to put aftermarket wheels on their cars. If it balances on a machine but vibrates on the road, chances are you are missing a step in my list.

where he admitted they are China replicas (BUT he does not state that in the ebay ads) and he also offered to bribe people to remove their old negative feedback in exchange for a discount.

They ship fast, wheels are well built, no issues with finish. they actually do look downright authentic

but one wheel thus far has been mounted on a hub, probably to test it. i let it go because it hasn't been lugged in or tire mounted. but it has made contact with a hub and rolled on the ground on the inside edge.


basically unless you go with custom 5000+ per set you will always get some imperfections i guess.

Wanna thank you guys for the info on Eurotech. I suppose what looks like its too good to be true, it probably is. I'd seen a set on eBay for my W124 the Brabus style, and REALLY wanted them. Due to this feedback, not gonna go there. Thanks

Story of my life: I found this thread after purchasing and installing a set of new Eurotech staggered 18" wheels (USARIM.com ... wheel model MBZ-610-18-GMT) on wife's '07 E350. My visual inspection of the wheels disclosed no defects or imperfections, and the wheels and new tires balanced out with no problem.

Only about 1000 miles on the new wheels and tires now ... thus far, no problems, the wheels look great, they ride great, and they're way easy to keep clean.

But now I need to paint my calipers ... they're greatly exposed and need serious titivation.

Bought a set for my 2007 ML350 a couple months ago. Had it to 3 different tire shops including road force ballancing and they still hop at 45mph and shake at 70mph.
The tire shops eluded to these wheels being junk but wouldn't come right out and say it.
Talked to their "customer service rep" and he was rude and pretty much an *******.
Avoid this company, spend the extra bucks and be pleased with your product.

Following up on my July 26, 2010, post (above): now more than 12,000 miles on the Eurotech wheels I put on wife's E350 last year ... no problems whatsoever. Fingers crossed ....
