2001 S500V front lighter fuse issue...where is the fuse for it?

2001 S500V front lighter fuse issue...where is the fuse for it?
My front cigarette lighter where I plug my cell phone has stopped working. and the local Benz shop says that to track down exactly what fuse controls the cigarette lighter will be about $300.bucks...I don't think that is right....does anyone out there know what fuse belongs to the front Cigarette lighter in a 2001 S500v?

$300 to track down the fuse? That's funny! 
(Considering theres a fuse diagram in the trunk...)
The fuse should be in the passenger side fuse box (end-cap to your dashboard) on a 2005 it's fuse #86 and is 15A.
