Come see me for a STAR DIAG and I can tell you what it is and how to fix it. Are you available tomorrow?

Yes. We offer the service at the shop or we have a mobile STAR unit and we can come to you. Do you need something done?

Actually I dont know....someone has told me that the STAR could diagnose my radio on/off problem, which i believe is hidden in my Phone cradle unit. When the radio goes out, I disconnect the Neg terminal, connect it back and the radio plays again....from what i understand, the DB2 fiber optic cycle eventually looks for the phone (which is not connected anyway) and then its get stuck there somewhere. DB2 wake up dosent work, Ive tried it, so theres a way to bypass the phone cycle...so the DB2 wont look for it, and in turn will keep the radio working. The STAR is said to be the only way to get rid of the problem.
What do u charge to diagnose?

Please send me a PM and I will provide the rates. Like I said, you can come out to the shop in Long Island or we can come to you with a mobile STAR computer.
