phone cradle
Thanks
Alan
I have the Motorola V60 and had to buy the bluetooth adapter from MBZ for about $350. Once I put in the adapter, turn on the phone, enter the password provided with the adapter it links up with the phone via bluetooth.
I can then use the steering wheel buttons to scroll through my phone book or use the lever on the right side of the steering wheel to give voice commands, and enter a phone number via voice. Works great. Here is a picture of my phone adapter.
Chances are, you have an Autosense PSE that you can retain. If you have a V60 cradle, and want a Bluetooth setup, you need the V60 Bluetooth puck. If you have a TimePort cradle, you'll need to replace it; and if that's the case, I suggest going the "Cradle Eliminator" route rather than hunting down the V60S cradle with the adapters you'd need. The Cradle Elinminator cable and a V60 BT puck will have you in business.
If you want a V60 plug-in phone, you'll need the V60S cradle and phone. The V60S phone is too large for the older V60 cradle.
If you go the Bluetooth route, be sure you get a compatible phone. See the compatibility writeup in the link I gave you.
