there is no room to replace the right side low beam HID bulbs. there is the washer reservior and even the black plastic cover will only open about an inch, which is not anywhere close to putting any size hand in there to twist and take bulb out.

so do I take the reservoirr out or need to remove the headlight???

thanks
02 s500 xenon (passenger side is yellowish)

I was able to change the bulbs myself without any problem at all on my 2001 S500. Different people were telling me different things were wrong so since one bulb was good, I just switched the drivers side one with the passenger side one to confirm the bulb was bad, which it was, bought two more bulbs and installed them in less than 5 minutes. Absolute piece of cake DIY job.

HOW did you get to the passenger side bulb with reservoir directly behind it. the black cover benind the bulb can open maybe ONE inch, so there is no way to stick a hand in there and get the bulb out.

post a pic

Post a picture, I had no issue at all and I don't have little hands. Unless something is different than in my 01 S500, there should be no problem.
