I'm plannig on buying a scanner to monitor my IAT's as my intercooler pump has already gone bad twice in 10k miles and I think it could be out again- I'd prefer to test it myself before making the drive to the dealer......
My question is, what are normal IAT's on the S65?? 120-130ish?? What should it read if it's bad?? Any input is appreciated

I think your best way to check this is just to datalog the car.
Warm it up, give it a good 2 gear pull on the highway, and then see if the IATs drop again when you get off the throttle and just cruise at 65 or so. If there is weak or no flow on the IC pump, the temps won't drop quickly like they should. Bottomline, after a hard pull, maybe 5 minutes later, temps should have dropped back down to almost ambient.
