White S63 AMG W/Designo Interior
i could have used my factory amp, but i went with a rockford fosgate 400 watt 4 channel amp, and i got a kicker l5 solobaric for some bass....factory door speakers sound amazing with more powerful amp

Is it just a case of swaping the old amp out and replacing with the new amp?
Were any additional wiring needed for the amp side of things?
I'm not interested in running a sub in the boot, however an easy amp swap to improve the sound quality over the standard system would be something to consider providing it is easy enough to do a DIY job on it?

2000 S430, 1999 E 320, 2 K5 blazers,
i tried doing it from the top but that was not working, i ended up pushing in the little clips and ripping the thing to pieces out the bottom (from the trunk) other people had better luck on popping it out completly from the bottom. but i was not that lucky

The steering wheel interface can also be found on ebay or direct from

The other guy was right that the PIONEER units are easier to integrate.
