Rough engine!

About a month ago, I regretfully had added some sort of an additive together when filling up with regular unleaded fuel, from then on, the engine feels rough, sluggish, shaky......it was so bad that at some point the rpm had almost die when stopping the car at the red light. I kind of feels that the computer of the car was generating a bad timing because of the additive maybe, so is there any clue to solve it? should I bring the car to MB dealer and have them to reprogramme something? help please!

You should bring the car to MB and have them diagnose the problem. It probably has nothing to do with the additive but can be dozens of things.

I would go fill up with supreme gas ASAP to see if the problem goes away. Im sure you have a check engine light, do you have a OBDII reader. If not, then diff to the dealer you go
