Mercedes S-Class reliability - better info
We currently provide results for a few Mercedes models, but the S-Class isn't included in the survey yet. For a model year to be included, at least 25 owners have to sign up to participate.
Participants simply report repairs the month after they occur on a one-page survey. When there are no repairs, they simply report an approximate odometer reading four times a year, at the end of each quarter.
To encourage participation, participants receive full access to all results, not just those for the B-Class, free of charge.

The other surveys have no minimum sample size but require specific powertrain information, and I've only entered back to 2002 so far. I'll be adding earlier model years, just need to find the time to do it.
I've also been working to get the BMW 7 included, so we'll be able to compare the two models. They're a bit further along, with 91 cars signed up vs. 85 for the S-Class.
