I'm looking to put 18" chrome wheels on my car for the summer (I don't want to deal with low profile tires). I saw the debate about offset and a bit confused. I am not running into anything that has a +40 or more offset, everything is either 30/33, 35, or 37.

What offset would be the best that won't mess up handling for 18"? Does anyone know what offset the stock wheels are?

what width???

you can do +32 or so and still be fine.. maybe jsut have to roll your fenders, dependin on the width that you get. As for the tire wall size im pretty sure a 40series would do fine..

if you go with a 37mm offset in the rear you wont need to roll your fenders..

i have 35mm on 19's and only rub when i hit large bumps..

off topic what does it usually cost for a fender rolling...
any recommendation in the Chicago land area????
